You can create bill reference for the voucher to handle the partial payment from customers so that the pending amount will adjust accordingly with the reference

Can I assign multiple salesmen to one party in BUSY?

You can enter different salesman names for the same party when you create a voucher, but you can only enter one salesman name at a time.

Where can I see cost center reports in BUSY?

You can check cost centre report by going below step.

Can I access and operate a company in a foreign currency from a different country using BUSY Accounting Software?

Yes, BUSY Accounting Software allows you to maintain and operate a company in a foreign currency from a different country using its Multi Currency feature.

Do I need to delete all the previous entries to make a single entry?

Yes, you do not need to delete all the previous entries to make a single entry in BUSY. Do this process after the data backup.

How do I set a default cost center for all transactions in BUSY?

BUSY does not allow you to set a default cost centre for transactions. You have to choose the cost centre manually when you enter vouchers.

Can I configure tiers of commission percentages based on sales volume?

No, you can't configure tiers of commission percentages based on sales volume in BUSY. The percentage that you set will apply to all sales volume.

How do I remove an incorrectly attached image from an account in BUSY

If you want to remove account master image can uncheck option from administration - feature - account - maintain image with account and voucher.

How do I set up brokerage/commission to be calculated in sales invoices?

After creating broker master, use those master while doing sales/Purchase/Payment/Receipt transactions.

Will references be autocreated for payments I issue in BUSY or do I need to manually enter them?

In payment voucher, there is no option available for auto create reference so you will need to create manually reference in payment voucher
