We can change time format from the regional setting in the BUSY software.
 Pls follow the below steps :
 Step 1: Click on administration
 Step 2: Then configuration
 Step 3: Then features and options
 Step 4: Click on regional settings
 Step 5: Set the time format, Either for 12 hrs or 24 hrs.

To set the number of decimal places for pricing in BUSY, you need to follow som steps :
Step 1: Go to Administration and then click on configuration.
Step 2: Now click on Feature and Option and then click regional setting option. 
Step 3: Now specify the currency decimal places. and save the configuration.

To set the default currency in your company in BUSY then follow below steps:

Step 3: After that specify the currency symbol and other details and select save to save changes.

Note : Do this process after the data backup.

To increase currency decimal place in voucher then follow the below steps:
Step 1:Go to Administration menu and then submenu configuration after that select Features and options
Step 2: Then select regional settings and increase currency decimal places as per requirment and then save the configuration
Step 3: Now check by entering voucher.

For changing the Country or state from the company below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu then sub menu configuration.
Step 2: Click on Feature and Option tab then click on Regional Setting.
Step 3: From there Update the state or Country and save the changes.
