Step 1: Go to Administration menu and then submenu configuration
Step 2: Then select Features and Option and click on regional settings tab
Step 3: After that specify the the state as per your preference and select save to save changes

To change date format in BUSY process the following steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and then submenu configuration  
Step 2: After that select features and options and then Regional settings
Step 3: Now change the date format as per requirement 
Step 4: then save the changes

To change date format you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Now click on Feature and Options and then click on regional settings.
Step 3: Now select the date format as want in Date Format Field and save the configuration.

To change the decimal separator in BUSY from a period to a comma follow the steps 
1 go to administration menu and click on configuration then click on feature options
2 click on regional setting and click on date separator and change the separator 
as comma and save

To change decimal place in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on Configuration menu
Step 2: Select the features and option then choose the regional setting tab.
Step 3: Update the currency decimal places as per requiremnet and save the configuration.Now, Check the invoice printing.

To fit the custom background image properly follow the steps 
1 open company and go to administration 
2 click on configuration then click on feature options 
3 select display setting then enable company background image and set the path 
4 then enable fit to screen and save

To troubleshoot if the 'Save' button is not visible in BUSY:
1. First, save the unsaved entry using the shortcut key "F2"
2. Resize or maximize the window.
3. Verify your screen resolution settings.
4. Update your display driver or reinstall BUSY Software if necessary

To change the currency symbol in BUSY follow the steps 
1 open company and click on configuration menu 
2 click on feature options and select regional setting 
3 select the proper currency symbol here and add currency string currency sub string and 
currency font and save

The Regional setting that controls the number of decimal places allowed for the price 
you need to follow the steps 
1 go to administration menu and click on configuration then click on feature options 
2 click on regional setting and change the currency decimal places number

To set the maximum decimal format for currency in BUSY, you neee to follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration
Step 2: Click on features and options select regional settings and set currency decimal places 9 as maximum and click on save button.
