to change currency symbol and formatting in BUSY, follow below steps:

Step 2: Select Feature/ Option, click regional Setting Tab
Step 3: Specify Currency symbol and formatting, Save the configuration

If vouchers are posted in the company and the user changes the Currency Decimal Places from the Regional Settings the effect will not apply to already posted vouchers. This will effect in the new voucher

1 open company and click on configuration then click on feature 
2 click on regional setting and change state and save
