To use second language option in BUSY, you firstly require to install second language tool in your system. You can easily find setup from google. Second language option is used only for invocie printing. To use second language print, follow below steps:

To view report of Audit Trail please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu
Step 2: Click on Check list 
Step 3: In dropdown, select Audit trail 
Step 4: Select the user name from whom you want to view report, and select the ADD checkbox 
Step 5: Specify date range and click OK button
Step 6: To view report for only one voucher type you can apply filer on report, Press F7 or select filter button
Step 7: Specify name of voucher type for which you wan to view report

Yes, you can export user activity log, follow below steps:
Step 1: Open user activity report from Display menu, Select Check list
Step 2: Select user activity log, open report 
Step 3: Click on the export button or press ALT+E on your keyboard to open the export window.
Step 4: Choose the file format that you want to export your data to, such as Excel, CSV, PDF & Google Sheet. You can also change the file name and location if needed.
Step 5: Click on the OK button to export your data.

Yes, you can export Audit trail list, follow below steps:

: To enable the notepad for pasting In BUSY, you need to follow below steps. 
 Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration then open Features/Options & click on General Tab 
 Step 2: Then search enable notes manager option and set that option as Y & click on save button to save this information. 
 Step 3: Notes manager option has been Enable, now you can use this option through short cut key like you can press Alt + N or Ctrl + N.
