It can be difficult to tell if someone has intentionally modified masters in BUSY or if it is a system issue causing it. However, checking the audit trail and user logs can help identify who made the changes and when they were made or also can check the old backup if made any changes

To get detailed audit trails and logs in BUSY:
1. Open Company
2. Display 
3. Checklist
4. Audit Trail
5. Select one or multiple users
6. Choose the details you want to display, such as Account Day Book, Inventory Day Book, Payroll Day Book, etc.. 
7. Select the types of entries to be shown, including Added, Modified, Deleted, etc.

Yes, you can change the name of Sales Order in BUSY. To do this, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration.
Step 2: Click on features and options select general tab.
Step 3: Enable change voucher type caption as Y now change the name of sale order as needed and click on save button.

As of my knowledge, BUSY supports printing in multiple regional languages. However, the specific regional languages supported may vary depending on the version and configuration of BUSY software. It is recommended to refer to the BUSY documentation or contact their support for the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding regional language support for printing.

To configure the intelligent search in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration menu
Step 2: Select the feature and option then choose general tab
Step 3: Now, you can select high or moderate or not required for intelligent seach in masters drop down list and save the configuration.

For checking any changes within BUSY you can enable an audit trail through which you can track the changes that have been done by any user further voucher is not being missed automatically I will recommend that If you have the latest backup so you can restore it and check from there.

If you want to enable end of list in BUSY follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on configuration submenu
Step 2: Click on features and options and select general tab
Step 3: Select end of list in master drop down list as Y to enable it
Step 4: Save the changes
