To view user transactions for a specific date range in BUSY, you can go to the audit trail section. Specify the desired date range and select the user whose transactions you want to view. The audit trail report will display all the actions taken by that user within the specified date range.

For an audit report in BUSY, see the following steps:
Step 1: Login to the Company
Step 2: Go to Dispaly, then click on Check List.
Step 3: Click on Voucher Audit Report.
Step 4: Then two options will be displayed: unaudited and audited vouchers.
Step 5: Select Option and generate a report as per your requried

To enable the end of list option in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on configuration button
Step 3: Then click on features and option
Step 4: Then click on general tab
Step 5: Afterwards select event notification option as Y to enable then configure it accordingly

To check if the audit trail function is enabled or not in BUSY,you need to follow these steps :
Step 1 : Go to Administration then Configurations click on Features and Options
Step 2 : Go to general tab and check if the Maintain Audit Trail option is set to Yes or No.

To generate a complete list of voucher numbers in BUSY ,please follow below steps:
Step 1:  go to the Display menu and click on the Check List option.
Step 2:  From the dropdown options, select Voucher Numbering Report and define the date range to view the complete list of voucher numbers.

To fix the issue of the same invoice getting reprinted you need to follow the steps
 Step1 Go to administration menu and click on configuration and click to feature
 Step2 then click on general feature and make N to print duplicate copy while 
 reprinting sale invoice and save

To rename a custom report format you created, follow these steps
1. Open the custom column report.
2. Click on the "Custom Columnbutton.
3. Choose the format name 
4. Rename the format name 
5. Save 
By following these steps, you should be able to successfully rename the custom report format you created.

To remove notification sound in BUSY then follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and then select Configuration submenu.
Step 2: Then select Feature and options and then click on general tab
Step 3: After that choose the option avoid beep sound in message box as N then select save. 

If you want to disable beep sound in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then click on configuration submenu
Step 2: Click on features and options and then select general tab
Step 3: Select avoid beep sound in message box option as Y and save the changes

BUSY allow you print in every reginal language which is supportive with your system. To use second language option in BUSY, you firstly require to install second language tool in your system. You can easily find setup from google. Second language option is used only for invocie printing.
