Inventory is managed seperately for each branch, but you can check your all branches inventory from the Super / Admin user.

We Have to maintain HO-BO then only we can merge do location data in BUSY and can check the reports accordingly.
What branch-specific reports are available within BUSY?
You can see all reports available in Display . Also with the branch wise bifurcation.

Yes, If you change an item's details in the head office, it will reflect in branch office after data synchronization.

In head office you check any of your branch data by using the branch filter while opening any report.
