Yes, you can add another invoice against a purchase order in BUSY. When you have pending quantity and item left for that purchase in this case you create one more invoice and adjust those pending purchase order.

No, it is not necessary to maintain MRP wise feature to enter sale and purchase prices. You can just enter the Sale Price and Purchase Price in the item master while creating them or later on.
