Do I need to enter sale type when creating a challan in BUSY?
you need to enter sale type if creating sale challan and showing option for select sale type.But tax in challan will not affect account for tax.only it will show in voucher and printing of required.
Why does the party discount apply to retail sales invoices in BUSY?
In BUSY, Discount can be given to the parties as per your requirement. we need to create the party wise structure to give same item with to the parties with different price and discount amount.
How can I set up and manage multiple currencies in BUSY?

Step 4 : Accounts
Step 5 : Enable multi currency
Step 6 : Under masters tab add multiple currency
I adjusted a chalan voucher and now the serial number details are not showing in the sale voucher. Why is that?
If you adjusted challan into sale invoice and serial number details window not showing in sale voucher because it already adjusted while creating sale challan and those sale challan is adjusted in sale voucher.
I am not able to understand the calculations in the average quantity method. Can you explain how it works?
The average quantity method calculates the weighted average cost per unit by multiplying the total quantity purchased by the purchase price, divided by the total quantities. This method is used to calculate inventory value.
I enabled the option to view previous purchase prices, but it is not showing all items why?
