If you enable Date wise pricing feature in BUSY on that case only item price field getting freezed in item master, you can enter prices in date wise price window only.

The difference between the Type of challan and job work is when you use the job work and challan feature then this transaction type option get highlight in the voucher entry.

You can restore the backup if you have taken before enabling the challan processing feature in BUSY.
Additionally, you can untick the challan processing option from the inventory tab if not required.

If you want to attach image of inventory voucher or account voucher you first enable image option from inventory tab for inventory voucher and from account tab for accounting voucher.

You can check the unit of measurement and conversion factors for the item in the item master. Make sure they are correct and match the actual quantity you have entered.

Go to Administration Menu Configuration Features Inventory Inventory Right bottom there is an option Item Pricing Mode in Voucher. Click on it to set up item pricing modes in vouchers.

Yes, In the BUSY , you get the sales register and purchase register from the Inventory reports and you can check the stock status report of the same item .

Quotation is only related to Item information of that party we can record in BUSY and which will be adjust in future. Accounting and Inventory not get hit in Quotation.

If Scheme is created as per your requirement with the price and Item wise discount feature is also enable from Voucher Series Configuration for that voucher will work perfectly.
