To check and update the serial number wise details in sales voucher then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Go to display and then serial number wise details 
Step 2: Click on on account serial number entries, here you can check all the vouchers in which you have not enter it serial number details. you have to open voucher one by one and update it.

To post an entry with the same barcode with multiple MRP. follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on configuration menu
Step 2: Choose the features and option then select inventory tab
Step 3: Click on parameter configuration tab then enable duplicate of BCN and tick on allow multiple MRP for same barcode. 
Step 4: Press on ok tab then click on save option.

To check the list of expiring inventory item then follow the below steps:
Step 1: Make sure to enable Batch wise detail from inventory feature under Feature and option 
Step 2: Then go to display menu 
Step 3: Then click on Batch wise reports option 
Step 4: Then click on Expiring batches option 
Step 5: Here, review the list of items that are expiring soon.

BUSY have inbuilt feature to setup multiple MRP for single product, If you need to manage multiple MRPs for a product in your business, you may need to follow the below steps:
To enable MRP-specific details, follow these steps:
1. Go to "Administration."
2. Navigate to "Configuration."
3. Select "Inventory."
4. Click on "MRP Wise Details."
Additionally, make sure to configure the MRP-specific details within the product settings wherever necessary.

if you can add duplicate serial numbers please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and then configuration option
Step 2: And then select features and option tab and then select Inventory menu 
Step 3: here you can get the serial number wise configuration click on that and enable the allow duplicate serial numbers 
Save the option and try to generate new invoice

The alias feature in BUSY allows users to maintain multiple names or codes for the same item or account. This can be useful for managing inventory or accounts across different locations or systems. Users can specify different details such as MRP, quantity, and unit price for each alias. The feature can be enabled in the Feature and Option section of the Administration menu.

Enable batch and serial no. option from inventory Module. Then enable batch or serial no. option in relevant item master, in which you wants to enable batch enable only batch option same for serial no. If both option used in one item enable both option. Enter voucher select item it will ask for batch and serial no. and check reports from Display Tab

To enable parameter wise Barcode number in automatic mode in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu then select Configuration option.
Step 2: Select Feature/Options and then click on Inventory option.
Step 3: Click on configure option of parameterized details and tick on Automatic in default BCN generation mode and save the changes.
Note: Take the latest backup of your data before any process.
