If you have made a mistake in the manufacturing and expiry dates for some batches, you can correct it by editing the batch details in your system. You can go to the item master and update the correct manufacturing and expiry dates for each batch.

If some quantity is showing negative while sccaning barcode at sales entry, check the below aspects:
1.Ensure that particular barcode is not adjusted.
2.Check the date specify in the voucher must be same or after the barcode entering date.
3.Cross verify that barcode exist in data or not.

Maximumn parameter we can configure -3 
Go to Administration Configurationand then Feature and option and then Inventoryand then Parameterize details 
From there, you can specify the number of parameters you want to configure and set them accordingly, such as adding size and color as parameters.

To Allow duplicate BNC for different item parameterized go to administration the configuration then features\options then Inventory the click paramererized details configure option and then mention Allow duplicate BCN option Y and then click ok option and then click save button to save the configuration

The stability of a barcode number depends on the item and business segment. If a specific item is assigned a single barcode, it may remain unchanged over time. However, if an item master has distinct barcodes for each quantity, these barcodes may change regularly.

Step 1: Account alias as account code 
Step 2: Item alias as Item code 
Step 3: Serial nymber wise feature

To correct the mismatch between manually entered and auto-generated barcodes in BUSY, you can manually adjust the barcode numbers to match the correct sequence. This can be done by editing the barcode numbers for each item and ensuring they are in the correct order.

To change the stock valuation method fallowing are the steps :
Step1-
Go to Administration and then Configuration and then Feature and option and then Inventry 
Step2-
Right side 1st option Stock Val.Method
Step3-
Choose method as requred (FIFO,LIFO,....)

In stock reports, the displayed quantity is typically consolidated, and this is why the weighted average price is shown in the price column. This weighted average price is calculated as the total value of purchases divided by the total quantity of that item.

Certainly, when working with parameter values, it's important to be aware of the constraints imposed by the software. In this case, there exists a maximum limit of 20 characters for the length or number of characters that can be entered for parameter values.
