When I try to add a new brand parameter during purchase entry, I get an error saying "No more predefined parameters can be added". How can I add more parameters?
In BUSY, there is no limit to add predefined parameter value of any parameter field. Further, BUSY will not allow you to add more than 3 parameter field.
The process of adding parameters seems very lengthy by going to Configuration>Feature & Options>Inventory etc. Is there an easier way?
In BUSY, you can add the parameter value at voucher entry. you need to press F3 shortcut key at parameter grid in parameter window during voucher entry porcess.
How can I enable the barcode feature for opening new items that have arrived?
If the parameter and barcode feature is enabled then, when you create a new item the Parameterized Details and Maintain BCN feature auto enabled in the item master.
why am I not able to save vouchers in BUSY when the quantity is over a certain amount.
You may not be able to save vouchers in BUSY when the quantity exceeds a certain amount due to a restriction or validation set in the software.
Can I apply different pricing or discounts to inventory batches with different barcodes or serial numbers?
No, Batch wise pricing is not available write now but you can maintain mrp and sale price with batch wise details by enabling them from inventory feature.
How do I find warranty details of an item by searching its serial number in BUSY?
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Display Menu
Step 2: Serial no. wise Reports
Step 3: Item Serial No. History
Step 4: Mention the Serial No. and Open it

Yes. you can modify exiting sales/ purchase in BUSY . and if you need any kind of changes in inventory , you can easily update it .
