Frequently Asked Questions

There could be discrepancies in the balance sheet due to these possible reasons:
1. Incorrect grouping and tagging of accounts.
2. Improper & incorrect recording of transactions.
3. Opening & Closing Trial's debit and credit side are not match.

Income is not a part of balance sheet it reflects in the profit and loss account, so to make sure it reflecting correct or not you need the account is created under the incomer group. 

If balance not updates then follow steps:
 Step 1 : Take backup from company menu
 Step 2 : Open company
 Step 3 : Go to house keeeping
 Step 4 : Run update master balances

To track the capital account in BUSY you need to follow the steps 
 1 go to display menu and click on final results 
 2 click on annexture capital account and press ok

The freight charges is not a part of Balance Sheet, that why it will not show in the Balance sheet. Freight charges will be displayed in the Profit & Loss A/c of BUSY.

To edit or customize financial report go to:
Step 1 : CLick on administration
Step 2 : Configuration
Step 3 : Final result configuration
Step 4 : Configure format for Balance sheet and Profit and loss account

In BUSY, we can check Financial Report Under Display Menu. 
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Display
Step 2: Final Result
Step 3 : Select Balance Sheet Profit and Loss , Trail Balance.

want to see purchase entries in P&L report in BUSY then open Profit and loss report under final report menu mentioned date range and open reprt there you can find purchase option
