If you are unable to generate financial reports in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu
Step 2: Then click on final results 
Step 3: Afterwards you can view the financial reports such as balance sheet and profit and loss etc

The profit & loss showing in the balance sheet is depend on the transactions you have made throughout the period, So if you are seeing extra net loss then you need to check your transactions and check the balance sheet of short period.

To finalize the balance sheet in BUSY, you need to post some entries related to depriciation or appriciation of fixed asset, profit and loss tranfer to capital account, Transfer of statutory liability to current liability and interest payment of loan taken from bank.  

Net Profit is the only header visible in Super Util/May because it is the only value that is being displayed in the current asset section. Other headers may not be visible due to the way the data is being processed or displayed.

If you want to review your overall business financial data or metrics you may check final result reports under display menu , in which you can check balance sheet, profit and loss account , income and expense account , trail balance etc.

This could happen some time if you drag and drop the column of the balance sheet, so it is not showing the data or headers. To solve this, you have to increase the column by dragging and dropping the balance sheet column.

To generate financial statement, we have to go to :
step 1 : click on display
step 2 : final results
step 3 : check and open reports like - balance sheet, profit and loss a/c, payment and receipt a/c and income and expenditure a/c.

To view the company performace in BUSY, you can check the balance sheet by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on final result
Step 2: Choose the balance sheet (Standard) then specify the date range and open the report.

You can print balancesheet in one page from below steps.
 Step 1: Click on Print/email/sms
 Step 2: Then Final results
 Step 3: Then Balance sheet 
 Step 4: Then Horizontal Standard
 Step 5: Then tick on balance sheet and print it

To generate and view financial statement in BUSY, please refer to below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu.
Step 2: Click on Final result.
Step 3: Select Balance sheet or P&L A/c.
Step 4: Select the date range for opening the statement.
