In BUSY, the balance sheet report will generate automatically as per transaction in database. Further, you can check the balancesheet report by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on final result.
Step 2: Select balance sheet then choose fomat to open balance sheet from horizontal standard, vertical standard or vertical configurable as per choice.
Step 3: Next, Specify the date range and open the report.

To generate Balance Sheet in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company, then go to the Display menu.
Step 2: Click on Final Results then BalanceSheet.
Step 3: Enter the date range and open the report.
Step 4: You can export this report by press on Export button or press ALT+E and can select in the required format such as Excel, PDF, Googl Sheet, etc.

The options available for comparing reports year over year you can use balance sheet option or proft and loss 
report option where you can compare data with previous year steps to show the report 
1 go to diplay menu and click on final results 
2 click on balance sheet or profit and loss and select date range and enable show previous year balance also and ok

There could be several reasons for missing accounts in financial statements in BUSY. Some possible reasons include"
 Step 1 : Incorrect data entry,
 Step 2 : Accounts not being properly set up or linked,
 Step 3 : Transactions not being recorded correctly
 Step 4 : Filters or settings that are hiding certain accounts.
 Step 5 : It is recommended to review the data entry and settings.

The reason your accounts may not be balancing properly in BUSY could be due to incorrect entries, missing transactions, or errors in the opening balances. To troubleshoot this issue, you can review and verify all the transactions, ensure that the opening balances are entered correctly, and reconcile your accounts regularly. Additionally, you can seek assistance from BUSY's customer support for further guidance and troubleshooting steps.

To campare your campany balance sheet with previous year in BUSY, follow below steps
Step 1: Go to display menu and then submenu final results
Step 2: Then go to Balance sheet then select horizontal standard 
Step 3: After that select date range and other details as per your requirement and make sure to enable show previous year balance also option as Y then press on ok

To acces the chart of Accounts and financial statements in BUSY then follow the steps.
 Step 1. Go to Display menu and click on Final Results, then you will get an multiple financial reports such as, 
 Balance Sheet
 Profit and Loss Account.
 Payment and Receipt Account
 Income and Expenditure Account.
 You can also check the trail balance of accont under the display menu.

If the closing balance of last year is not automatically becoming the opening balance of this year,
 Step 1 : You may need to manually enter the opening balance in your financial software or system. 
 Step 2: Check the settings or options in your software to ensure that the closing balance is carried forward as the opening balance for the new year.

To generate financial statements in BUSY, Please follow the steps : Step 1: Open BUSY.
 Step 2: Find the Display section.
 Step 3: Choose the financial statement you need, like a profit and loss report or a balance sheet, trail balance. 
 Step 4: Click on it.
 Step 5: The software will make the report using the information you put into the system.

If a particular account is not showing up in balance sheet in BUSY, you need to check these steps:
Step 1: Make sure the group of that account is correct.
Step 2: Ensure that the closing balance of that account is not zero and the option of Show Zero Balance Masters During Drill Down is N.
Step 3: Make sure the transactions exist with that account.
