To generate financial report in BUSY:
 Step 1 : CLick on display
 Step 2 : Final results
 Step 3 : CHeck all financial report like balance sheet, trial balance, profit and loss account.
 Step 4 : Generate report
 Resolving error when match balance sheet with summary:
 Step 1 : Review data
 Step 2 : Reconcile transactions
 Step 3 : Verify account balances

If you want to check the opening and closing of a Fixed Asset account in BUSY, you can follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu.
Step 2: Click on Final Result and then on the Balance Sheet option.
Step 3: Now click on Annexure (Fixed Asset).
This will allow you to view the opening and closing balances of the Fixed Asset account.

To remove the pending sales challan from printing on the balance sheet in BUSY, follow 
these steps:
1. Press Alt+P to open the Printing Configuration screen.
2. Look for the option "Include pending challan" and set it to "N" (No).
3. Then click on Ok button and take printout.
This should prevent the pending sales challan from being printed on the balance sheet 
in BUSY. 

For Mismatch amount in Balance Sheet, Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: After Data backup, Run Update Master from Housekeeping
Step 2: Check in Short Range in Balance Sheet,You will get a particular mismatch date.
Step 3: In that Particular Date, Check the entries from Day Book and correct it.

Closing Stock Value can add it manually on monthly basis in Balancesheet.

Step 6: Display

Note : Update Balance Sheet Stock Option should be NO.

For cancel steps:
 Step 1 : Identify cancel purchase
 Step 2 : Add credit note entry
 Step 3 : Define original details
 Step 4 : Adjust amount and taxes
 Step 5 : Save
 Resolving balance sheet report generation issue:
 Step 1 : Check date range and filters
 Step 2 : Data entry and accuracy
 Step 3 : Opening and closing balance

If you split your company data into separate entities in BUSY, it means that 
you are maintaining some of your company data in another company as separate 
entities. so then as per the voucher entered in that other company, the balances 
in the account master and nature of account group of respective accounts value will fall 
accordingly in the balance sheet.

If the mismatch is showing in the Trial balance then pls follow the below steps.
 Step 1: After the data backup, run the update master balance from the house keeping.
 Step 2: Check in Short Range in Balance Sheet,You will get a particular mismatch date. 
 Step 3: In that Particular Date, Check the entries from Day Book and correct it.

When users enter transactions into vouchers at the company, these transactions are added to the report. Because the report is generated on the basis of transactions. Follow the steps given below to view the report:-
Step 1 : Open Company in BUSY
Step 2 : Go to Display, various reports are available in BUSY, you can view this report as per your requirement
