To show expense balance in balance sheet you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on masters 
Step 3: Then click on account 
Step 4: Then click on add option
Step 5: Then you can create account master and select group as expenses and save 
Step 6: Then go to transactions menu
Step 7: Then do the expense entry in journal or payment voucher and after that you can see its affect in profit and loss

If you want to generate financial reports on the basis of location then please follow
 given steps
 Step 1: If you are using branch feature then while opening fianancial report
 you will have a new option to select branch you need to select branch
 for which you want to see the reports.
 Step 2: If you are using voucher series group management then you will
 have a option to select voucher series group while opening financial report.

If there's an issue with the mismatch of profitability totals concerning percentages, follow these steps to resolve the problem:
Step1 Go to the Housekeeping Menu and run Update Master.
Step2 Check Item Master
Examine the Item Master to ensure accuracy.
Step3 Generate Base Report
Create a base report and compare Which amounts that are not tallying.
Step4 In Administration, click on the Features option and increase the decimal places. Now, generate the profitability report again. The issue should be resolved by following these steps.

You can generate financial reports in BUSY
 Please find the given steps
 Step 1 Go on Display menu
 Step 2 Click on Final result
 Step 3 If you want to check Balance sheet, then click on Balance sheet then Horizontal or Vertical in which format you want to check
 Step 4 If you want to check Profit and Loss report, then click on Profit and loss account then Horizontal or vertical in which mode you want to check

If you notice that your profit is showing wrong in BUSY, you need to check these steps:
Step 1: Check you are checking the report with correct date range.
Step 2: Ensure that the sales, purchase, etc amount is correct.
Step 3: Check the opening stock and closing stock are showing correct.
Step 4: Check the report of shorter period to identiFinancial Year from when the issue is start.
Step 5: Ensure that you BUSY is updated with the latest version.

To generate financial statements in BUSY, Please follow the steps : Step 1: Open BUSY.
 Step 2: Find the Display section.
 Step 3: Choose the financial statement you need, like a profit and loss report or a balance sheet, trail balance. 
 Step 4: Click on it.
 Step 5: The software will make the report using the information you put into the system.
 Step 6: you can export from the report view using export button.

When profit and loss report is not accurate then we do the following steps :
 Step 1: You need to take backup then run update master balance from housekeeping 
 Step 2: If still issue presists, then open the report in short range and find the particular value of the account which is incorrect.

To check the configured turnover slab in BUSY, follow these simple steps: 
 Step 1: Go to Display. 
 Step 2: Select Final Results. 
 Step 3: Choose Profit & Loss A/c. 
 Step 4: Pick Horizontal (Standard). 
 Step 5: Select the date range and relevant information. 
 Step 6: Load the Profit & Loss A/c. 
 Step 7: Look for the Sales figure on the right-hand side to check your turnover.

There could be several reasons why you are getting an error when generating a Profit & Loss statement in BUSY.
 Step 1 : Some possible reasons could include incorrect data entry, missing or incomplete transactions. Step 2 : It is recommended to check your data for any errors or inconsistencies, ensure that all necessary transactions are recorded accurately, 
 Step 3 : And make sure you are using the latest version of BUSY.

If you want to view consolidate financial report of all branches, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and choose the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Display tab and click on Final Results.
Step 2: Select Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/c, etc and select All Branch and open the report.
Step 3: You can also view other reports i.e, Accounting reports, Inventory reports, etc, with all branches.
