If you want to view Profit & Loss and Balance in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and choose the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Display tab and click on Final Results.
Step 2: Choose the Profit & Loss A/c or Balance sheet option and specify the date range. You will see a report of that period.

To generate financial statements in BUSY, Please follow the steps : Step 1: Open BUSY.
 Step 2: Find the Display section.
 Step 3: Choose the financial statement you need, like a profit and loss report or a balance sheet, trail balance. 
 Step 4: Click on it
 Step 5: The software will make the report using the information you put into the system.

 Step 5 : Add format
 Step 6 : Select format and click on configure
 Step 7 : Configure profit and loss as per requirement needed

To Generate Profit and loss statements in BUSY, You can follow the below steps are as under : 
 Step 1. Go to Display 
 Step 2. Then click on Final Results 
 Step 3. Select Proft & Loss Account 
 Step 4. Then you can mention date range 
 Step 5. Now you can able to See Profit & Loss Account Accordingly.

To change the account group of master in BUSY follow below steps:
 Step 1: Take a latest backup of the company.
 Step 2: Then go to administration menu and select masters from it.
 Step 3: Then select account and click on modify button then change the account group name as required.
 Step 4: Lastly click on save button to save changes.

To resolve the on enter mismatch amount in sales of profit and loss account in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of the data.
Step 2: Go to housekeeping Menu then click on update master balance submenu
Step 3: Then click on Ok tab and wait to complete the process and after completing check the same in profit and loss account.

To track sales and expenses in BUSY, you can check the profit & loss a/c by using these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display menu and click on Final Results.
Step 2: Select Profit & Loss A/c then can select either horizontal or vertical as per the requirements.
Step 3: Enter the date range and open the report then can view sales and expense amount.

To check profit and loss in BUSY, you need to follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu and click on Final Results submenu
Step 2: Then go to profit and loss account and then select horizontal standard option
Step 3: Now select date range and other features as per your requirement and then press on ok to view profit and loss account.

To check the profit before passing an entry to transfer profit to capital, you can view profit and loss account by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu then select final results option.
Step 2: Select profit & loss account then choose horizontal (standard) and enter the date range.
Step 3: After opening it you can check profit for the period.
