Step 1: Go to display and click on Final results.
Step 2: Now click on Profit and Loss Account and select report type and mention period and check your Gross profit

Yes, you can generate separate profit and loss statements for each branch in BUSY by enabling the multi-branch feature and defining separate branches. This will allow you to generate branch-wise reports, including profit and loss statements, for each individual branch.

To check profit and loss report, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Display menu
Step 2: Click final result, Select Profit and loss A/c
Step 3: Select report type as horizontal or vertical

To get a detailed breakup of purchases and sales in the trading account, you can check the account register or the sales register in BUSY. You can also group the parties to view the details.

Can check Ratio for sale and purchase can view Trading account by Display - final results - profit and loss account - enable show ratios option while open report and then can check .
