How do I give my accountant view-only access to my BUSY account for tax prep?Does BUSY handle invoicing for recurring/subscription payments?

Find out the steps to give your accountant acess to your BUSY data for view only purpose 
 Step1 :First go to administration 
 Step 2 :Then go to User option 
 Step 3 : Then add new user and define username and password
 Step 4 : configure the rights of that user you wants to him to allow to view your BUSY data
 Step 5 : Now your accountant can acess to your BUSY data by log in with there username and password
 And you can maintain recurring payment in BUSY through the following steps further there is no specific option for subscription payment in BUSY you can pass payment voucher for that 
 Step 1 : First Go to administration 
 Step 2 : Then go to Bulk Updation
 Step 3 : Then go to Set voucher as Template option 
 Step 4 : Select the voucher type as payment 
 Step 5 : Then select the option show voucher list and select the recurring payment voucher you wants to replicate 
 Step 6 : Then define a template name and saved the details
 Step 7 : Then go to voucher replication option available in bulk updation column
 Step 8 : Then select voucher replication for single voucher in different dates
 Step 9 :Then Select voucher type and template name 
 Step 10 :Then select the replication basis like daily or weekly
 Step 11 : Then mention the starting and ending date 
 Step 12 : Then can enable generate random amount option if you need otherwise click on replicate voucher option 
 Step 13 : Now can check the generated voucher in payment voucher list report
