How can I add a QR code for online payments to invoices in BUSY
If you want to add your payment QR code on invoices, you can follow these steps. Please make sure to take latest backup of your data before make any changes.
For Standard format:
If you are using E-invoice feature then can print payment QR code for B2C transactions only by using these steps:
Step 1: When enable E-Invoice from GST/VAT there will be a option called "B2C QR Code Requiredset Y and click on Configure. Enter the Bank details and save changes.
Step 1: Next, Go to Administration click on "Invoice / Document Printingand choose Standard.
Step 2: Choose the voucher type (such as sale, purchase, etc.) in that you want to add payment QR.
Step 3: Enable the "Print E-Invoice / B2C QR Codeoption by selecting Y. Now on B2C invoices payment QR code will be print.
Steps for Advanced format:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on configuration tab.
Step 2: Click on "Invoice / Document Printingand choose Advanced.
Step 3: After selecting the voucher type in that you want to add payment QR code (for example, sale or purchase, etc), you will see the name of your format below it.
Step 4: Clicking on the format name will allow you to add payment QR in header & footer parts.
Step 5: Now, you can select QR Code field by press on Print Styles button or press F4.
Step 6: Enter your format name and size, and specify your UPI id in the format.
