How can I check if SMS/WhatsApp integration is activated in my BUSY account?

If you want to know SMS/WhatsApp integration is activated in your BUSY then follow these steps.
Ensure that you have correctly configured your SMS/WhatsApp API in the BUSY SMS configuration settings.
Step 1. Now Go to Administration menu and click on Configuration option.
Step 2. Now Click on Voucher Series Configuration then expand on sales button to select the sale invoice series.
Step 3. Now click on Voucher configuration button after selection of sale invoice series.
Step 4. Enable the option Send SMS after saving as Y then click on save button to save the configuratoin.
Step 5. Now Go to Transaction menu and click on Sales Option.
Step 6. Now Click on the Modify button to access an existing invoice.
Step 7. Now Choose the series for which you have enabled the SMS sending option and press on ok button to
open the invoice.
Step 8. Now Press ALT + S Or click on the SMS option located on the top row of the invoice. Alternatively,
you can also choose to resave the invoice to send the SMS from Whatsapp.
Step 9. Now select format for sending SMS then click on SMS button.
Step 10. After that click on send button to send sms from whatsapp.
Step 11. Now Whatsapp app automatically open then you have to click on the WhatsApp Send button to
transmit the PDF file containing the invoice link.
