How do I configure automatic backups in BUSY
You can configure automatic backup in BUSY software
Please follow the given steps
Step 1 Download BUSY agent from the website busy.in
Step 2 Install the BUSY agent setup
Step 3 Open it and click on general configuration
Step 4 Select here database type
Step 5 If your database is in access then select data folder, if your database is in SQL then mention the sql details, like server name, user name, password
Step 6 After mention details just save it
If you want to take backup on your local system, then follow the given steps
Step 7 Click on backup configuration local
Step 8 Enable the option create backup on local drive
Step 9 Slect the folder where you want to take backup
Step 10 Select all company or selected company
Step 11 Click on backup schedule
Step 12 Select here days, Number of backup in a day, time, and till how much days you want to retain that backup, it will overwrite back up after that number of days mentioned
If you want to take backup on google drive, then follow the given steps
Step 13 Click on backup configuration google drive
Step 14 Specify email id for backup
Step 15 Select all company or selected company
Step 16 Click on backup schedule
Step 17 Select here days, Number of backup in a day, time, and till how much days you want to retain that backup, it will overwrite back up after that number of days mentioned
Step 18 Click on cloud sync configuration
Step 19 Enable automatic incremental sync and define there time of data sync interval
Step 20 at the end click on add to startup button and minimize the BUSY agent
