How do I upload documents like invoices and bills on BUSY?

To upload or save an invoice in BUSY, you can utilize the Google Drive and Local Drive saving utility. To enable this feature, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Administration.
Step 2: Click on Configuration.
Step 3: Navigate to Inventory.
Step 4: Enable the checkbox for 'Maintain Images/Notes with Masters/Vouchers.'
Step 5: Maintain images with inventory vouchers.
Step 6: 'Save inventory voucher images on Google Drive' if required.
Step 7: Specify the path of the voucher image saving folder under the relevant Voucher series configuration.
Step 8: To configure the Google Drive image-saving feature, navigate to the General tab.
Step 9: Enable 'Google Drive linked features in BUSY.'
Step 10: Specify the Gmail ID.
Step 11: Authorize the Gmail ID account from the BUSY Chrome browser.
Step 12: Under Voucher series configuration, for the required series, you can enable 'Save Sales Invoice on Google Drive.'
Step 13: After transaction voucher entry, BUSY may prompt you to upload the image to Google Drive; proceed with the upload.
Step 14: Alternatively, if you choose the 'Image saving' option on your computer, save the image with the voucher number. It will be stored in your transactions for future reference.
Please note that to access Google Drive connectivity with BUSY, you are required to have an active BLS subscription
