How to configure email settings in BUSY and troubleshoot configuration issues?
If you want to configure emai settings in BUSY and troubleshoot
configuration issues then follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to administration option
Step 2: Then click on configuration option
Step 3: Then Email Configuration or Press E on Keyboard for email configuration
Step 4: Select send directly, PDF attaichment and Enter SMTP server , Username,
Port and password
Step 5: For check password enter email in From and Reply to option
Then click on Test account setting. if it shows error 114 then
entered password is wrong.
Step 6: To Correct password you have to generate new app password from
Gmail and do copy generated password and replace with wrong password
Step 7: Step to generate app password do first open gmail then do left click on it then
Select manage your account setting then check two step verification should be
enabled then click on security option and then search for app password in search
bar of gmail then select app password from dropdown then enter app name and
generate password then do copy to generated password and enter in the
the password field. exception for purchase domain their credential password
will be enough
Step 8: Then Click on Test account setting again. Now it must show sent successfully.
