To email configuration in BUSY,below are the steps to follow:-
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select configuration option.
Step 2: Then select email configuration now mention the smtp server name, email id in username, app password generated thourgh gmail id.
Step 3: Then mention the your name in from and mention your mail id in reply to option then click on save button.
Step 4: Go to Transaction and Modify then open the voucher click on the mail option and mention the customer's mail ID if you have mentioned the mail ID in party master it'll pick from there then click on the Send option.
To configure whatsapp API , follow the steps below:
Step 1: For The WhatsApp option, you should have Windows 8 or above and WhatsApp Desktop Version should be Installed in the Desktop.
Step 2: Open the company and click on the Administration menu then Configuration Afterwards click on the SMS configuration option.
Step 3: The Whatsapp API is whatsapp://send?phone=phoneNo&text=message that you have to mention in the SMS API option under the SMS Configuration.
Step 4: Go to Transaction and Modify then open the voucher click on the SMS option and mention the customer's Whatsapp number if you have mentioned the Whatsapp number in party master it'll pick from there then click on the Send option.
Step 5: Through this, the Customer will get the link in WhatsApp with a Text message.
