If your computer stops working and you need to install BUSY in another 
computer you can follow the steps 
If you have dongle license then follow the step 
Step1 download BUSY from official website www.busy.in and install 
in new system 
Step2 insert the dongle license in system and run BUSY 
If you have softlock license then follow the steps 
Step1 install BUSY in new system and from select BUSY model option 
choose your BUSY model and user and save 
Step2 go to license management and surrender softlock using your 
register mail ID password and serial number 
Step3 If you forget password then from surrender softlock option press 
on forget password and you will receive mail of BUSY registration password 
then surrender 
Step4 From license management option click on softlock registration and 
put your serial number and activation key then validate 
Step5 after validating fill the mail id and password and reenter password 
then click on register 
Step6 after clicking on register you will receive license file on mail ID 
then download it and copy 
Step7 paste the license file on BUSYwin folder and restart BUSY

To run BUSY on a different system you need to follow the steps 
 Step1 Go to BUSY official websit and download setup file then 
 install BUSY 
 Step2 Restore the back up in new system 
 Step3 open BUSY and go to license management option and Click on surrender 
 softlock option if you have a softlock license 
 Step4 Fill the serial number mail ID and password and surrender softlock 
 Step5 Again go to license management and click on get softlock activation key if 
 its not available then fill serial number mail id and password and Ok
 Step5 after getting the activation key in your mail again go to license management 
 and click to softlock registration then fill serial number and activation key details and click 
 to validate then again fill mail id and password and resave password then click on register 
 Step the softlock license will be receive on your mail so download and copy it and paste 
 it in BUSYwin folder then restart BUSY

To check the compatibility of BUSY and resolve errors, you can try the following steps:
 1. Make sure your system meets the minimum system requirements for BUSY.
 2. Update your software to the latest version available.
 3. Check if there are any updates or patches available for your operating system.
 4. Verify that your system has the required versions of.NET Framework and other dependencies.
 5. Disable any antivirus or security software temporarily to see if it is causing conflicts.
 6. Run BUSY in compatibility mode for your operating system.
 7. Ensure that you have the necessary administrative rights to access and use all features of the software.
 8. If the issue persists, contact BUSY customer support for further assistance.

For multiuser mode, you need to have a stable LAN/Wi-Fi network and a fast IP pinging speed. This will ensure that your data is synchronized and updated across multiple computers. The recommended IP pinging speed is 1 ms.
 BUSY has launched a product name BUSY Online. This is a product offered by BUSY that allows you to access your data online from any device.. You can easily trasnsfer the data from your old system to the another system.
 Take the backup from your old system with the below steps :
 Step 1: Click on Company Menu
 Step 2: Then set data directory, the location which has mentioned here you have copy and paste it in external drive.
 Step 3: In the Another System, Download the BUSY from www.busy.in site 
 Step 4: Then extract the BUSY setup and install it.
 Step 5: Insert the pendrive then copy and paste the data in the local drive and set data directory till data folder in BUSY.

For BUSY License : We have Dongle and Softlock License.
Dongle : It is kind of pendrive, When we change system have to connect it on USB Port.
Softlock : We have to do softlock registration process which can be bind with hard disk, Machine ID and IP Address.
For BUSY Data : We have many options to shift data to another system like can copy on pendrive and paste it on another system, Through we transfer can create data link and send it on email, whatsapp etc.

If you have multi user license and want to connect it with client system in BUSY follow below steps:
Step1: Ensure both server and client system are in same location and connected through Lan with proper connectivity
Step2: After that make sure to share data folder from mainserver with full rights and permissions
Step3: Then open BUSY in client system and go to company menu 
Step4: Now click on set data directory option and specify data path by browsing from networking and save the configuration 

When the system is changed then we need to install the BUSY.
 Pls Follow Below Steps For Full Setup from Site :
 Step 1: Take the Data Backup
 Step 2: Go to the site www.busy.in
 Step 3: Download and extract it BUSY setup
 Step 4: Install it in the system
 Step 5: BUSY icon will get create on Desktop
 Step 6: Click on the icon and BUSY will get open.

The minimum system requirements for BUSY to function smoothly can vary depending on the version. but typically include:
1. Operating System: Windows 7 or later.
2. Processor: Intel Core i3 or equivalent.
3. RAM: 4 GB or more.
4. Hard Disk: 10 GB of free space.
5. Display: 1366x768 resolution or higher.
