If you have a multiuser license, you should use the same version of BUSY on all the systems. Otherwise, you may face data corruption issues.
 Further if you still wish to install different versions on different laptops then you can install their setup if you have.

Please check below steps : 
Step 1: BUSY 18, being an older version, due to this support discontinue .
Step 2: Please complete the payment and license upgrade process . 
Step 3 : Installed BUSY 21  on desktop. 
Step 4: Complete licence file upgrade the license. 

If you want to roll to previous version of BUSY, then you need to install the latest version from the control panel and then install the previous version if you have setup of that version. 
Note: Take backup of your data before uninstalling the BUSY.

If you installed BUSY in the D drive then all the related files stores in the single BUSYwin folder of D drive except your data folder. If any files are showing in other drive then you can remove them after taking backup of your data.

To transfer data to a new computer in BUSY, you can take a backup of your data and restore it on the new computer. To restore default print formats, you can go to the invoice printing settings and select the option to restore default formats.

If you can't extract the BUSY setup after downloading, follow these steps:
Disable antivirus and Windows Defender on your system.
Make sure you have installed a RAR file extractor.
Grant permission for unknown sources.
By following these steps, you should be able to extract the BUSY setup successfully.

To check which drive BUSY is installed on, right-click on the BUSY icon and select "Properties." In the Properties window, navigate to the "General" tab and look for the "Location" field. The drive where BUSY is installed will be mentioned in the Location field.
