To move BUSY from the c drive to d drive, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Take backup of your whole data.
Step 2: Open control panel on your system and uninstall the BUSY.
Step 3: Go to busy.in and click on download tab under the resources.
Step 4: Click on download button for setup downloading and enter the required details then proceed.
Step 5: Run this setup and install it in the d drive.
Step 6: If your license is is softlock form then you need to copy license file from c drive BUSYwin folder and paste into d drive BUSYwin folder.
Step 7: Also copy the data folder and in BUSY set the data path by going to set data directory option.

Follow Below Steps :
Step 1 : Visit our website www.busy.in and download BUSY Setup
Step 2 : Install the BUSY setup and after the installation the BUSY icon appears on the Desktop Screen 
Step 3 : Open BUSY Software and go to License Management then click on Softlock Registration & activate the license. 
Step 4 : Click on Create Company option & Create a company
Step 5 : User can watch the training & help videos from Help Menu to learn how to use BUSY
Step 6 : Go to Admisintration, then Masters and create the Account & Item masters to use in transactions 
Step 7 : Go to Transactions for the voucher creation
Step 8 : Go to Display to view reports

If you are facing problem while installing BUSY, you can try these troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: Check if your system meets the minimum requirements for BUSY software.
Step 2: Download the correct setup of BUSY from the official website www.busy.in.
Step 3: Ensure that you have enough space on your system drive where you want to install BUSY.
Step 4: Close any running instance of BUSY (if already installed) on your system. You can use the task manager to end any active BUSY process.
Step 5: If you face any error during the installation, try to disable your antivirus software temporarily. Some antivirus software may prevent or interrupt the installation process. You can enable your antivirus software again after the installation is complete.

To update to the latest version of BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1. Visit the official BUSY website or contact their customer support for the latest version download link.
Step 2. Download the setup file for the latest version of BUSY.
Step 3. Before installing the new version, make sure to take a backup of all your company data.
Step 4. Close any instances of BUSY software that are currently running.
Step 5. Run the downloaded setup file and follow the on-screen instructions to install the latest version.
Step 6. Once the installation is complete, open the updated BUSY software and verify that your data is intact.
Note: It is always recommended to take a backup of your data before updating any software.

If you want to install the previous version of BUSY software then always should take backup before installation to new or previously installed releases.If you have softlock license the copy it as when we uninstall then license file also get removed.

If the BUSY application not working suddenly then it could be possible the setup 
files uninstalled or the antivirus blocking the application or windows firewall blocking BUSY 
to solve the issue follow the steps 
1 Install BUSY again in same folder and drive where it exist earlier 
2 Open antivirus security setting and go to exclude files and folder option then select BUSYwin 
folder and BUSY exe one by one and exclude it 
3 open firewall from windows search option and click on advance security setting 
then right click on inbound rule and browse BUSY app then select allow the application and 
save with a file name and same process do it on outbound rule too
