You can find out what’s new in the latest version of BUSY by following these steps:
Step 1: Visit our official website at www.busy.in and click on Resources and then Download.
Step 2: Under the latest version, you will see an option called Release Notes. Click on it to view the changes in the new version.
Step 3: Alternatively, you can also check it from BUSY itself by going to the Help menu and clicking on What’s New.
To update your BUSY to latest version, you should follow these steps:
Step 1: Take backup of your whole data.
Step 2: Open BUSY then click on check BUSY updates option under the company menu.
Step 3: Tick on download product updates and statutory updates then specify the path for download.
Step 4: Click on download updates button and wait for downloading then close BUSY.
Step 5: Run these setups one by one and install in the same drive where BUSY already installed.
Yes, you can update the BUSY to the latest version on your own.
Here are simple steps to update:
Step 1: Open your existing BUSY.
Step 2: Then in Company menu click on check BUSY update option.
Step 3:Then click on download updates option.
Step 4: You will get two setup for update i.e. Product Update and Statutory update.
Step 5: Install both setups one by one in the same drive in which your existing BUSY installed.
To resolve the issue of not able to download the updates in BUSY follow below points:
1. Make sure you have a proper internet connection.
2. Disable antivirus or exclude BUSY from antivirus properties.
3. Disable firewall from your system from windows defender firewall.
4. Make sure you have a required storage available in the system to download updates.
5. If after following all steps same issue exists then try downloading setups after some time.
