After Upgrading to BUSY 21 you need to follow the steps to download 
new version and softlock registration 
Step1 open BUSY and click on check BUSY update option 
Step2 click on download full setup 
Step3 after download setup file close BUSY and install setup in old 
installation path you can check the path by clicking right mouse on 
BUSY logo then clicking on properties
Step4 download the upgrade file provided on your mail and copy 
then paste it to BUSYwin folder 
Step5 restart BUSY

To print Invoice in full page in BUSY you need to follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and then configuration
Step 2: Then Select invoice document printing and you will see four options standard advance copy title configuration and tax summary configuration Select standard
Step 3: After that Select voucher type like sale voucher or purchase voucher and then enable use full page for document and then select save option for saving configuration
Step 4: Then you can check by printing invoice.

Step 4: Open the browser like chrome then open busy.in site and click on resource tab.
Step 5: Next, click on download then download the BUSY latest setup and install the same in required drive.
