If facing any issue after upgrade your BUSY, you can try below troubleshooting steps:
Step 1: If you see RTE (run time error)-430 while opening BUSY, it means that you have installed the update setup in the wrong drive where BUSY is not installed. You need to install the update setup in the correct drive where BUSY is installed.
Step 2: If you see any other RTE (run time error) while opening the company, it means that your database is corrupted or damaged. You need to repair your database by using the Reindex Database option from the Company menu. Before doing this, you need to back up your data.
Step 3: If you see any data mismatch issue, it means that your data is inconsistent or incorrect. You need to compare your data with a backup before the update and find out the cause of the issue. Restore that data and compare them by checking the reports and vouchers for any discrepancies.
