To upgrade to the latest version of BUSY, you can follow these steps: 
 Step 1: Take latest backup of your all data. 
 Step 2: Go to BUSY and click on Check BUSY Updates under the Company Menu. 
 Step 3: Select the location where you want to save setups and click on Download Updates two setups will be download. 
 Step 4: Close any instances of BUSY that are running on your computer. 
 Step 5: You can install both setups by Locate the setup file on your computer and double-click on it to run them one by one. 
 Step 6: Follow the instructions on the screen and choose the location where you want to install the software. Step 7: Wait for the installation process to complete and click on the finish button. 
 Step 8: You can now launch it and start using BUSY on your computer.

 Steps to Update BUSY release is mentioned below:
 Step 1: Open the BUSY application
 Step 2: Click on Company menu then select the Check BUSY update option from it
 Step 3: Now specify the path to download the update setups then click on Download updates tab. Two setup files will appear in specified path.
 Step 4: Afterward, go to the location where the setup file was downloaded, and install both the product and statutory setup individually in the same folder where BUSY is installed.
 Step 5: After the installation, your BUSY software will be updated.
 Note: Take latest backup of your all data before upgrading.

In BUSY,there is no such issure related to auto duplicating the item in the invoice. Further, you can check by update the BUSY release by follow these steps:

There no option download a older release of BUSY. Kindly upgrade the BUSY. Please flollow the upgrade process:
