To troubleshoot missing inventory items and voucher plese follow the given steps
Step 1 Go on administration
Step 2 Click on masters
Step 3 Click on item then modify
Step 4 Select here item and check the option DO NOT MAINTAIN STOCK BALANCE, it must be disable
Step 5 Now go on display
Step 6 Click on check list
Step 7 Click on voucher numbering
Step 8 Check here missing voucher report and cancelled voucher report
Step 9 After find the voucher re enter the previous data

To track pending orders in BUSY can follow these steps:
Step 1: Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Display tab.
Step 2: To view the pending orders, you need to go to the Order Processing option and click on the Pending Orders.
Step 3: Choose the Sales / Purchase Order - Party wise option and select All Accounts to check the pending orders for all the parties.
Step 4: After specifying the date range, you can see the report with the details of the orders that are still pending.

If your items show different units on invoices and in the inventory report, please check the following points.
Step 1. Check the units in the Item Master. If you maintain alternative units or packaging units, you can select any unit at the time of invoice generation.
Step 2. To check the unit, go to Administration, then select Master, and click on Items.
Step 3. Click on Modify, then select your item and check all the available units.
Step 4. Next, check the unit in the report. By default, it shows the main unit.

Step 1: Click on Custom Column Option
Step 2: Mention the Format Name
Step 3: Click on Add New Column
For New Column :
Step 1: Mention the Heading, Position ,Data type Field and Alignment as per your need.
Step 2: Select the Field Value - Data Field
Step 3: Select the Category - Item Master or Inventory Header
Step 4: Select the Field Either Item Unit or Voucher Additional Field
To check sales list data for single party in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction section then click on sales vouchers.
Step 2: Choose list option then specify the date range and open the report.
Step 3: Now, Press F7 key to apply filter on party then tick on single filter, mention particular in filter on field, mention having in operator then update party name exactly in value field.
Step 4: Select having as it is in filter type then tick on both filter row wise and check sub details and click on filter.
To maintain stock registers and inventory in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: First, you need to create the items that you want to track in the inventory. You can specify various details about the items, such as unit, rate, tax rate, opening stock, etc.
Step 2: Next, you need to enter the transactions related to the items, such as purchase, sale, production, etc.
Step 3: Finally, you need to view and analyse the inventory reports under the Display menu such as Stock Status, Inventory Books, Inventory Summary, etc.
Yes, it is possible to view all item information, such as description, HSN code, purchase price, sale price, and tax, in single report in BUSY. You can check item list by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master.
Step 2: Choose item tab then click on list option.
Step 3: Cick on screen then select configurable alphabetcial option
Step 4: Select all items then click on select field tab which appear in bottom of screen.
Step 5: Now, select all the required fields then click on save and check the report.
To ensure that unit has been updated in all transaction after change the unit of item master, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section them click on inventory book
Step 2: Select the inventory register (standard) then click on sales register
Step 3: Select all party then specify the date range and open the report.
Step 4: Now, Press F7 shortcut key to apply filter and select item details in filter on field and sepcify the item name in value field.
Step 5: Click on filter then cross check the unit column in report.
If you want to enable the Voucher Optional Field, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu, then select Configuration and click on Voucher Series Configuration.
Step 2: Choose the voucher type, select the series, and then click on Voucher Configuration.
Step 3: Enter the number of optional fields you want, then click on Configure.
Step 4: Write the Field Name, save the configuration, and save the page.
Step 5: Enter a transaction in that series for which you enabled the voucher optional field after selecting the party, the option will appear.
