How do I ensure that all transactions are changed when I change the unit for an item?

 To ensure that unit has been updated in all transaction after change the unit of item master, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section them click on inventory book
Step 2: Select the inventory register (standard) then click on sales register
Step 3: Select all party then specify the date range and open the report.
Step 4: Now, Press F7 shortcut key to apply filter and select item details in filter on field and sepcify the item name in value field.
Step 5: Click on filter then cross check the unit column in report.

Where do I pick the voucher option field from the inventory header or the item master?

 If you want to enable the Voucher Optional Field, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu, then select Configuration and click on Voucher Series Configuration.
Step 2: Choose the voucher type, select the series, and then click on Voucher Configuration.
Step 3: Enter the number of optional fields you want, then click on Configure.
Step 4: Write the Field Name, save the configuration, and save the page.
Step 5: Enter a transaction in that series for which you enabled the voucher optional field after selecting the party, the option will appear.

I want to see the total sales of each product/commodity for a given period. How can I generate this report in BUSY?

 to see the total sales of each product/commodity for a given period then follow these steps 
step 1: go to the sales analysis report under display menu
step 2: select item wise option the standard date wise, all voucher, date wise.
step 3: select relevant start and end date, also there is other options you can select as per required and open report
step 4: you can see the item wise total qty sales report you click on item and see the transaction details also.

How can I view associated items when searching in BUSY, like chargers for a mobile phone?

 If an item is associated with another item, you should create a separte item master for same in BUSY and to view that particule item master, you can check the item stock ledger report to view data by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on inventory books
Step 2: Now select the stock ledger then click on item wise.
Step 3: Click on for all mc then mention the item name and date range to view the report and press on OK tab.

The inventory reports are not accurate. What could be wrong and how can I fix it?

 The inventory report in BUSY will display the stock value according to the selected valuation method. You can check by calculate stock value as per the selected valuation method.
To check the stock valuation method in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to admnistration then click on configuration menu
Step 2: Choose features/option then select inventory tab
Step 3: Check the stock valuation method. Under this option, you need to select the stock valuation method that will be used for valuing the closing stock.

Is there any report available to check order adjusted or not?

 Yes, there is a report available in BUSY to check if order is adjusted or not. To view this report follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu then select order or challan processing option and click on order wise statement.
Step 2: Select sales order or purchase order as per the requirements then enter the date range and set Y on show adjustment details option.
Step 3: Press ok to open the report and you will the adjustement column with date.

Why is a the sales quotation display pending even after adjustment in BUSY?

 If the sales quotation is display pending after making adjustment then cross check the quotation reference with adjustment details. As reference might be adjusted partially and remaining appear pending. You can follow the report to check quotation wise statement.
Step 1: Go to display section then click on quotation processing
Step 2: Select quotation wise statement then choose sales quotation option.
Step 3: Click on date wise then specify the date range and enable show adjustment details and open the report.

How can I generate a report showing transaction details like bill number, date, party name, and quantity in liters?

 To generate a report showing transaction details like bill number, date, party name, and quantity then you can check our some sale / purchase register 
1: Go to Display menu
2: Click on inventory books then click on inventory register (standard)
3: Click on sale/purchase register & check
or also you can check Gst Register
1: Press enter on GST report also from display menu
3: GST register then click on Sale / purchase or supply inward/outward with show qty details.

How do I customize the columns in the sales report in BUSY?

 To customize columns in the sales report in BUSY, you have two methods
Custom Column Configuration:
1. View the default report under the "Displaysection.
2. Click on "Custom Column."
3. Add the format with a name.
4. Include the necessary fields and adjust other settings.
5. Save your changes.
6. Your Custom Column report is now created and ready to view.
Columnar Registers Configuration:
1. Go to "Administration."
2. Select "Configuration."
3. Choose "Columnar Reports."
4. Create the report with a format name.
5. Configure the body components.
6. Save your changes.

How can I view the MRP of item in item list report in BUSY?

 To view the MRP column for an item in item list, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master.
Step 2: Choose item tab then click on list option.
Step 3: Cick on screen then select configurable alphabetcial option
Step 4: Select all items then click on select field tab which appear in bottom of screen.
Step 5: Now, select all the required fields along with item mrp field then click on save and check the report.
