To generate inventory report based on critical level in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display section then click on inventory summary
Step 2: select item critical level then choose minimum level or maximum level or re order level as per need.
Step 3: Now, Select item wise then select item range and material center range.
Step 4: specify the date range and open the report.

To check monthly summary of inventory items in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display menu and click on Inventory Summary.
Step 2: Select Monthly Summary and then can select either Vertical or Horizontal.
Step 3: You can generate the report either One Item, Group of Items or All Items.
Step 4: Enter the starting and ending month then can view the report.

If you want to see those items that you have not used in any voucher please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu then click on inventory summary submenu
Step 2: After that click on unmoved items
Step 3: Afterwards select unmoved items report to be shown for all items,group or selected items
Step 4: Then specify the date range and then open the reports

If you want to avoid or minimize negative stock in BUSY software
 Please follow the give steps
 Step 1 Go on administration
 Step 2 Click on configuration
 Step 3 Click on Warning alarms
 Step 4 Select here DON'T ALLOW with negative stock option
 Step 5 After this configuration software will now allow to enter transaction with zero or negative stock

To view the negative quantities of a product, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Display and then select Inventory Summary.
Step 2: Choose the Check Negative Stock Report option and select either All Items or a specific item.
Step 3: Specify the date range for the report, and you can then view the negative stock.

To check parameter wise critical report in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Inventory Summary.
Step 2: Select Item Critical Level and choose Minimum Level, Maximum Level or Reorder Level as required.
Step 3: Then, select Parameter wise and enter the report date and can view the report.

Step 1: Go to Display menu
Step 2: Click on Inventory Summary 
Step 3: Select the Consolidated summary 
Step 4: You can select Item wise /Item group wise as per requirement

To check negative stock at one material center in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display and then click on inventory summary.
Step 2: Check negative stock and now Select item filter and select one material centre. If the quantity is negative, it will be displayed in red.

The total stock value difference between a BUSY report and an exported report can be caused by various factors such as changes in stock levels, sales, purchases, returns, adjustments, or any other transactions that occurred between the time the BUSY report was generated and when the exported report was created.
