In BUSY, we can add required fields through custom column or columnar reports. For Customization as per your requirement can contact to the Channel Partner.
I am getting an error when checking stock levels in BUSY. Is there a known issue with stock reports?
To get errors in stock report first need to check what error in coming in stock report so that we can resolve the error
Can I get an alert or notification when stock for a reserved item reaches zero?
There is no alert option when the stock reaches zero but in BUSY you can manually check the crictial stock level report in BUSY.
Is there an option to track inventory in real time?
Yes, you can check our stock status report / inventory book/summary report from display menu to check current stock according to your data entry
How do I enter the closing balance in company?
The closing balance of items and accounts calculates on the basis of transactions you have made in the period and closing balance automatically calculates.
Will the Item master in which don`t maintain stock balance is enable show in stock status report?
No, If you enable do not maintain stock balance option in item master then that master will not display in stock status report.
What kind of inventory reports can I generate and what data do they include?
Can check different reports of Inventory like Inventrory Books, Stock Status, Inventory Summary.

How do I track inventory and set stock alerts in BUSY?
We can check Stock Status Report under Display Menu. For Alert can set warning for negative stock, In Warning Alarms Option under Administration.
Why is the quantity showing negative of only two items?
The closing quantity is showing negative of only two items because you have sold those items and you didn't had stock of them.
