In BUSY, there is no provision to transfer the closing stock from one company to another. You need to enter stock manually in the required company

There is no pasword policy in BUSY. To generate stock:
Step 1 : Click on display
Step 2 : Stock status
Step 3 : Check report stock level wise

Yes, You should receive the material first before issuing or doing the sales to the party. As you stock properky get maintain without going in negative.

If the item display with negative value in BUSY that means you have sold or consumed the particular item without purchase or generate in the data.

To check Stock in and out status, BUSY provides Stock status report under Display menu. You can check closing status as well as detailed status also.

While generating the report Custom Coloum Report if getting an RTE error
then delete the custom report and recreate the new custom column format.

If the stock report in BUSY is showing negative quantities for some items, it means you have sold those item which stock are already finished.

To view the current stock in physical storage in BUSY Accounting software, you can use the Physical Stock voucher or check the Stock Status report.
