If your inventory items are not visible in the stock status report, you should check these steps:
Step 1: The item's closing balance is zero and the option of show zero stock items is N while opening the report.
Step 2: In item masters the option of don't maintain stock balance is Y so those will not be reflect in the stock status report.
Step 3: If still not showing then you need run update master balances process from the housekeeping menu.

If the stock value in the report and the voucher entry are different, there might be various reasons for this. Some of the possible causes are:
1. The date of the entry and the date of the report are not the same. 
2. The material centre of the entry and the report are not the same. 
These are some of the reasons that might cause a mismatch in the stock value. There could be other reasons depending on the situation.

To view available stock in a particular material center in BUSY, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu and submenu stock status
Step 2: Then choose the closing stock option and then select closing stock alphabetical
Step 3: After that select balance only option then select one MC option and then choose all items option
Step 4: Now specify material center name and then select report date and other feature as per requirement
Step 5: Then press ok to view the report.

Follow below steps to check the stock status for items in different centers like production or RND:
Step 1: Open company in BUSY.
Step 2: Then go in display section.
Step 3: Then select the option of stock status.
Step 4: Click on closing stock.
Step 5: Select options as per your requirement like balance only or details.
Step 6: Then open report as basis on all,one,group or selected items or material center.
Step 7: Then open report and check the status ofor diffrent centers.

To export the stock report to excel from BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to dispaly menu.
Step 2: Select stock status and click on closing stock alphabetical then choose balances only option.
Step 3: Choose items range as required then enter the report date and open the report.
Step 4: After opening the report click on the export button or press ALT+E.
Step 5: Select microsoft excel option and export in the required location.

To ensure that your stock report showing the correct amount of items, you need to enter the correct price when you in your stock. You also check the stock valuation method you are using is correct as per the requirements.
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on configuration.
Step 2: Choose the features and options then select inventory tab.
Step 3: Here, you can check the stock valuation method and can change also as per your business need.

To check vendor wise BCN stock in branch you need to follow the steps
1 Go to display menu and click on Inventory summary 
2 Click on vendor stock details 
3 select BCN wise then select master range and date range then ok 
if still the report not showing in branch then check the User rights from which you 
are opening in branch company it could be possible that user dont have the permission 
for checking inventory summary

To check the stock of your items, you can use the Stock Status report by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and click on Stock Status.
Step 2: Select either Closing Stock or Opening Stock, depending on what you want to see.
Step 3: Enter the date range and view the report.
If you want to see the quantity of items in another report, please tell us in which report you are looking for the item's quantity column.

If you have stock valuation issue in BUSY sfotware, please follow the given steps to solve the issue
 Step 1 Go on admin menu
 Step 2 Click on configuration then feature option
 Step 3 Click on Inventory
 Step 4 Check here which method you selected for stock valuation and change here if you want different method
 Step 5 If you are using separate valuation method for item, then modify item and check the valuation method
