To change email id/Mobile number for softlock registration follow below steps:
 Step1: Open BUSY software and then go to company menu
 Step2: Then click on license management option and select change Softlock email id/Mobile
 Step3: 
 a.Check Serial Number: Your Serial No. will be shown automatically on the screen (e.g., 19119649).
 b.Get OTP: An OTP will be sent to your registered email (the masked email shown on screen).
 c.Open your email inbox and note down the OTP and enter OTP
 d.Type the OTP into the Email OTP field and click on the validate OTP tab.
 e.Once OTP is validated, new fields will be enabled.
 f.Enter New Details
 In the Enter new Email field, type the new email ID you want to update.
 In the Enter new Mobile No. field, type the new mobile number.
 g.After entering details, click the Save button.
 Your SoftLock Email/Mobile will be updated successfully.
 Step 4: If you do not have access to your registered email ID or mobile number, contact the BUSY helpline at 8282. Their team will guide you through the further process.

To change Mobile number follow below steps:
 Step1: Open BUSY software and then go to company menu

To change or update your registered address in BUSY you have to send request mail to us on support@busy.in 
with your company letterhead then we will process to change your registered address update request at our end 
To edit,delete and add masters in BUSY you can go to administration tab then click on masters and you can edit create or delete any master from there

If you cannot access the email ID linked to your BUSY account, here’s how you can resolve it:
 1.Contact BUSY support by phone:8282828282 or 011 40964096
 2.Explain that you can’t access the email on your account.
 3.They may ask you to fill out a UMF form or provide details to verify your identity.
 After verification, they will help you update your email ID or guide you on what to do next.

In BUSY you can check a hint of your registered email id, by following these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then go to license management and click on get softlock license file option.
Step 2: Enter your BUSY serial number and you see first and last characters of your email id in below the email id field.

You dont wants to submit any document for changing your Business name in BUSY if you have your company letter head you just need to mail at our support mail support@busy.in and just attached your company letter head and your BUSY serial no detail

To get the UMF form for user modification You need to contact the BUSY Customer support number i.e 8282828282 we will provide you the UMF Form after filling it you have to mail us from your registered mail ID with the company letterhead.

If the registered party name for your BUSY license number is incorrect, please send the company letterhead to our email at support@busy.in. We will then provide you with the UMF form through the same email and correct the details within 24 hours
