To change the registered email ID of softlock license in BUSY,you need to follow these steps :
Step 1: Open BUSY go to company menu
Step 2:  Select License Management tab and click on Change Softlock Email ID and Password
Step 3:  And then enter the serial number and registration password now mention the new email ID with password and click on save button.

If you get an error while registering Softlock, follow these steps:
Step 1: Make sure BUSY is installed with the latest release.
Step 2: Open Control Panel and click on User Account.
Step 3: Click on Change User Account Control Settings.
Step 4: Enable Always NotiFinancial Year drill down to Never NotiFinancial Year and click OK.
Step 5: Temporarily disable antivirus and firewall.
Step 6: Restart your system.

If the Softlock registration page is not loading, you can try the following steps:
Step 1: Ensure that a proper internet connection is established.
Step 2: Ensure that no antivirus or firewall is blocking the process.
Step 3: Restart the system and then try again.
Step 4: Try checking with a different internet connection.
Step 5: If the issue still persists, contact customer support for further assistance.

If license file not showing showing up after BUSY upgrade, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY go to license management
Step 2: Go to get softlock license file mention the serial number, registered email id and password and click on get license file.
Step 3: Download the license file from registered email id and paste it BUSYwin folder and reopen BUSY.

Step1 Press the Windows key on your keyboard or click on the Start menu.
Step2 Type UAC in the search bar, and you should see Change User Account Control settings in the results.
Step3 Click on it to open the User Account Control Setting
Step4 Move the slider down to the Never NotiFinancial Year position
Step5 Restart the system, and check if the issue is resolved

You can get activation key on your registered mail id by following below steps:
Step1: Open BUSY software and go to company menu 
Step2: Then click on license management option and select get softlock activation key option
Step3: Now specify serial number, registered mail id and password and then click on Ok 
Step4: Afterward, you will receive activation key on their registered mail id 

To reset your password for BUSY if you have 
forgotten your login credentials you can follow the steps
Step1 open BUSY and go to license management and click on 
surrender softlock where you should fill the register mail ID and serial 
number and click on forgot password .
Step2 you will get the register password over the mail in your 
register mail ID
