To troubleshoot registration issues in BUSY, you can try the following steps:
Step 1. Ensure that you have the latest version of BUSY installed.
Step 2. Check if you have entered the correct registration details, such as serial number and activation key.
Step 3. Verify that your internet connection is stable and working properly.
Step 4. Restart the software and try register again.

If you have activation key code and serial number, you need to follow:
Step 1 : Open BUSY
Step 2 : Go to license management
Step 3 : Click on softlock registration
Step 4 : Put serial no and activation key
Step 5 : Update all details and register with email id
Step 6 : Download license file and paste it in BUSYwin folder

To retrieve your Activation Key of BUSY follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and go to "License Management" tab.
Step 2: Click on "Get Softlock Activation Key" and enter your BUSY Serial No. , Registered Email ID & Regitration Password and click on Get Activation Key button.
Step 3: Activation key will be send to your registered email ID.

To get your BUSY license password, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Open your BUSY
Step 2: Click on License managment Option
Step 3: Select Get my license file option
Step 4: Provide BUSY serial no. and registered e.mail ID
Step 5: Click Forget Password button
BUSY server will generate an password and will shared it with you on your registered mail ID

If you want to change your email ID See the following steps:
Step 1: Go to the Company Menu
Step 2: Click on License Management.
Step 3: Click on Changes Softlock. Email ID Password
Step 4: Pursue your serial number and registration password, then click on Proceed.
Step 5: Now put the new email ID and Crete password as you requried

If you encount wrong password during softlock registration then you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to the License Management option and click on Get softock License File option.
Step 2: Now enter serial no and registered mail id.
Step 3: Now click on forgot password option and it will be sent on registered mail id.

Softlock registration in BUSY Accounting software's license management system involves entering the serial number and activation key, validating the serial number, registering with a mail ID and password, and receiving a license file via email. The license file is then downloaded and saved in the BUSYwin folder, and the software is activated by launching it.

In BUSY, there is no provision to contact on GST helpdesk, you need to check the helpdesk numbers from the GST portal.
To register your license in BUSY, you need to enter these details: Serial no., Activation Key, Email id, Password, etc. You also need to fill in your organization details like Name, Address, etc.

To get soft lock License file you need to follow some steps :
Step 1: Go to the License Management option and click on Get softock License File option.
Step 2: Now enter serial no and registered mail id and password
Step 3: Now click on Get License file and check your mail for soft lock file.
