To fix the display issue of BUSY, you need to change the system screen resolution. You can do this by right-clicking on the desktop and selecting Display Settings. The recommended resolution is 1366X768.

To set data directory after installing BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY then click on company menu
Step 2: Click on set data directory then mention the data directory and save it.

The GST rate of any Goods / Services is depends on the nature of it. Further you follow the GST compliance and rules. Further you can also consult with your CA or Accountant.

If you want to refresh your data balance in BUSY, you need to run Update Master Balances from the Housekeeping menu.
Please Note: Take latest backup of your data before running this process.

Reindex data: When you run this process it will refresh your company's data in every table of database.
Rewrite books: When you run rewrite books process it will create the database table again.

The invoice options may not be enabled for your regular supplier in BUSY. You need to check the settings and make sure that the invoice options are enabled for regular suppliers.

It is not advisable to replace or delete DB files directly in a company folder of BUSY. Further if you wish to do the same then keep backup of your data.
