To know about the BUSY model and user open BUSY and check on the top of BUSY screen
 where you will see the model if its show SS that means you are using a standard single user

No, you do not need a constant internet connection to use BUSY software.
You only need a internet when you use Auto Services of BUSY like : Hsn Code or GSTIN validation/ E-way bill or e-invoice generation etc.

You need to run regenerate dual voucher in order to see the effect of the changes made in the previous session because it regenerates the voucher and shows the actual and accurate figures in the reports

For not connecting to server check:
 Step 1 : CHeck internet connection
 Step 2 : Check server status
 Step 3 : Firewall
 Step 4 : Server address and port
 Step 5 : VPN or network issue

To check last year credit note from last year you can check the ledger in that case just press shortcut key "Alt+Land check the ledger while selecting the date range, select the date of last year

Unfortunately, there's no such feature avialable in BUSY through which you can display of a particular item on a LCD screen ,you can use BUSY in your laptop or PC as it is windows compatable only.

To check if BUSY is running in the background, open the task manager and check the running applications.
To open task manager right click on the task bar and select Task Manager or press CTRL+SHIFT+Esc key.

To update master balance in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Take the latest backup of your data.
Step 2: Go to housekeeping then click on update master balance
Step 3: Click on ok then complete the process.

To correct the BUSY model , follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then click on company menu
Step 2: Click on select BUSY model then update correct edition, datebase and user type and save the configuration.
