When you have done the payment for the mobile app to us, then you will receive the activation code from our end within 24 to 48 hrs.
Pls follow the below steps.
Step 1: You need to create the BDEP ID and enable the Mobile app option under general tab and user iunder administration menu in BUSY then bulk upload data.
Step 2: After that download the Mobile app from playstore or app store.
Step 3: Mention the BDEP Id, user name and password then activation code which you have received from our end.
To generate the activation code for mobile app you need to follow the steps
1 go to hiBUSY and login
2 click on mobile app option and select the serial number and company name
select the user count and year for the app
3 then fill the client register mobile number and mail ID
4 and and submit then a otp will generate on client mail id then fill the otp
and generate activation code
Yes, BUSY can check the status of your current mobile app subscription for you.For that you have to share your BUSY serial number and mobile or email id on which your mobile app subsription is activated.By validating details,you will get to know about your mobile subscription validity.
BUSY mobile app is also compatible on iphone and if you are facing any issue while connecting the app then please let us know the error message so that we can assist you in better way.
To fix the "mobile number registered on another device" error, you need to uninstall the app and re-register on the new device. Keep in mind that you can only change the device three times.
