If you want to see another financial year of the company in mobile app you may follow these steps:-
step 1: Do create BDEP Id in other financial year and then bulk upload data on cloud server.
Step 2: Then can switch financial year in mobile app from home menu - settings - change financial year.

The right way to delete and re upload the data on mobile app.
 Pls Follow the Below Steps :
 Step 1: Administration
 Step 2: Data Export Import
 Step 3: Cloud Sync
 Step 4: Click on delete data then the data will get delete from mobile app
 Step 5: Then click on bulk upload

Once you have uploaded your data to the mobile app, you can access various reports on the app by tapping on the three dots icon on the top left corner and then selecting Reports. The BUSY Mobile App offers a range of reports such as Sales, Purchase, Amount Receivable / Payable, Stock and more.

You can access your data on mobile app from anytime from anywhere for access data you have to follow these steps:
step 1: Open mobile app in your phone 
step 2: Mention bdep id 
step 3: Mention cloud user name and cloud user name password
step 4: click on proceed securely and access your data.

When some reports and transactions is missing in the mobile app.
 Pls Follow the below Steps:
 Step 1: Make sure the internet connectivity should be proper.
 Step 2: There should be updated version of BUSY and Mobile App.
 Step 3: Delete mobile app data and upload it again from BUSY

If the bulk upload process is taking time longer than normal in BUSY, check the following reason:
Step 1: Interent connection must be stable.
Step 2: Time duration for upload data will take time as per data size.
Step 3: Check the incomplete voucher from housekeeping section and remove the same if exists.

 Step 1: The seperate series will not impact the voucher numbering and data can sync easily.
