What does the Receipt function do in the BUSY mobile app?

 For feeding receipt entries from the mobile app, see the following steps:
Step 1: Login to the company from the BUSY Mobile App.
Step 2: Tap the red color plus button, then tap on receipt.
Step 3: Select a party name.
Step 4: Select the receipt mode and narration.
Step 5: Tap Adjust Bill if you want to adjust the bill.
Step 6: Tap Save and tap Share if you want to share the receipt.

The app is showing me only Supply Outward and Supply Inward options. How can I get the full menu options like Sales, Purchase etc?

 If you are not able to see the purchase option in the mobile app then follow the below steps.
Step 1: In the BUSY, open the mobile app user from users option under Administration then tick the sales and purchase voucher type.
Step 2: Then upload the data on mobile app from cloud sync option and then check it.

Why am I not able to add transaction in BUSY Mobile App?

 During login the company you enter User name and that user name can BUSY user or Cloud sync user if 
you want to add transaction in app then it is essential to login app with cloud Sync user as BUSY user
can not add voucher in Mobile app.

Can I check the item price on the mobile app of BUSY while doing transactions?

 If you have mention the item price in item master then while doing transactions in BUSYmobile app it will show you automatically after selecting the item master if you want you can also change the price of item while doing transactions from BUSY mobile app. 

My BUSY app crashed before I could save changes to an invoice. How can I recover the unsaved data?

 Unfortunately, if the BUSY app crashed before you could save changes to an invoice, it may not be possible to recover the unsaved data. It is recommended to regularly save your work to avoid losing any important information in case of a crash. 

How can I change the name of the Supply Outward option in the mobile app?

 You can change the caption in BUSY but right now there is no such option is available to change the caption in the mobile app. You can give feedback to the email Id at support@busy.in 

I am not able to add text or narration in the BUSY mobile app. What should I do?

 Make sure you are using latest version of BUSY mobile app. When you add voucher in mobile app after mention item in bottom show narration option. 

Why am i unable to save the data in mobile application?

 If you are unable to save the data in cloud based mobile application, make sure that both the BUSY and mobile application are up to date. 

There are bugs in the mobile app like bank details not getting saved in sales quotations. How can these be fixed?

 If in mobile app bank details not getting saved in sales quotations, so Insure that you are using latest rel of BUSY 21 and mobile app. 

How do I resend a bill through the BUSY app after re-registering? What is the procedure?

 To resend a bill from BUSY mobile app and re register , after opening mobile app open the bill and share again.
