My phone is not linking properly to send/receive vouchers via WhatsApp. What could be the reason?
f You Are Not Able To send/receive vouchers via WhatsApp on your mobile phone,you can try the following steps :
1.You must have a Standard or Enterprise license of BUSY and Windows 10 or a later version to use the SMS configuration feature.
2.You can Send Message Through Whatsapp Desktop Version so install Whatsapp in Your System.
3.Then Go to Administration click on Configuration and select SMS Configuration and Configure the settings.
4.In SMS Configuration, you need to create a new format with the name WhatsApp and then enter the WhatsApp API, which is: whatsapp://send?phone=phoneNo&text=message. Note that this API only sends a WhatsApp PDF link not the direct PDF.
5.Click on the Upload PDF option at the top of the SMS configuration settings.
6.When saving a voucher, click on the Print option, then select SMS and choose the WhatsApp format. If you have specified a WhatsApp number in the account master, it will be sent automatically to that number; otherwise, you need to enter it manually.
7.Ensure that the .NET Framework 3.5 is installed on your system.
8.Exclude BUSY from your system's antivirus.
9.BUSY WhatsApp-sent links will be valid for 15 days only.
10.Now you can easily send WhatsApp messages from BUSY.
11.Ensure that your BUSY license is up to date.
